Pick-up Order from Dining Hall:

• An event sheet will be sent to confirm the date, pickup time and menu. Food will not be ready before this time. 

• Orders that will be picked up at McClurg Dining Hall need to be placed 5 business days before the designated pick up time, cancellation will need to be
  placed 24 hours prior to pick up otherwise payment will still be due.

• Directions: From University Ave., please take Mitchell Ave. to Dubose Ln. at the bottom of the hill. Take this left and follow all the way to McClurg's back dock. Once you have arrived, ring the buzzer at the door and our Kitchen Team will assist you with your order. 

Catering Delivered Events:

• Items will be delivered in disposable containers, with disposable plates, cutlery, etc.  The client is responsible for clean up and disposable of any remaining food and beverages at the end of the event.  Sewanee Catering does not provide linen for pick-up or delivered events. 

• Orders should be placed at least 5 business days before event. A minimum of 72 hours before event to cancel, otherwise full payment will still be due.

• Any orders for delivery outside of the campus, please contact catering@sewanee.edu.

RECEPTIONS, BUFFETS AND PLATED MEALS - Staffing Attendance Required 

• Custom menus for events - minimum 14 business days, 5 days to cancel. If you wish to cancel within the 5 day window, you may be required to still pay for half up to full of the total amount of the invoice. 

  • Any large scale event (over 50 people), call us at 931-598-1334.

• Other services:

  • For bar services, please inform catering and contact bars@sewanee.edu or 931.598.1124 to order alcohol and arrange bartender(s)

  • For University event table orders, and/or set up and break down of tables, please contact fm@sewanee.edu or 931.598.1264
