Payment & Billing

13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, and university billing (if applicable). Payment terms will be outlined in your event agreement.

14. When is payment due?
A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Details will be provided during booking.

University & Campus Specific

15. Do you cater events on the University of the South campus?
Yes! We regularly cater events on campus and are familiar with venue access, logistics, and guidelines.

16. Can student groups or departments use university accounts for payment?
Yes, Sewanee departments and student organizations can use internal billing with proper authorization.
